Self-Massage

Learn some simple self-massage techniques to care for yourself. Participate live with the group for support, accountability, and ability to ask questions, or use the replays later at your convenience, for much less cost than getting a massage!

About Joni: Joni was massage therapist for the Joffrey Ballet and to the stars, trained other massage therapists and teaches massage workshops. She loves to pass on self-care techniques to empower you to nurture yourself and be more self-sufficient, at any budget.

In addition, there are many advanced poses in yoga that have a self-massage component. And some students may be used to receiving deeper techniques. Email me if you are interested in being on a wait list for a more advanced self-massage course.
