Learn the foundations of yoga in a progressive series that builds within each class and from one class to another. If you are serious about learning yoga safely, with support and expert guidance.
Classes are 90 minutes, held twice a week, and will be recorded. You will have access to the recordings for the duration of the series, so you may catch up with a class you miss, or repeat the material to amplify your learning.
Joni will be available 15 minutes prior to start time, and after class ends, as needed, to answer questions. She will give recommendations for follow up courses before the end of the series.
