Online Yoga Course for Stiff Beginners 60 min

Begin your yoga journey, or return to yoga safely and respectfully, in progressive steps with a realistic base line. If you are very stiff, out of shape, and maybe even intimidated by the thought of many things you can't do in yoga, this course might be for you. If you are ready to get un-stuck, can follow instructions, and value integrity, precision and correctness, Joni can help! This is not just about movement, rather, it is a slower approach to the whole 8-limbed system of yoga.

This course will be held live online twice a week for five weeks, 10 classes total, with access to the recordings for practice on your own. Joni will be available online 15 min before each class begins, and as needed after class, to answer questions and help you find individual solutions for your unique issues. This course may be repeated as needed, or you may choose to move on to a different course at the conclusion.
