* To "pick-and-choose" multiple Categories:
  1. Hold down the CTRL key,
  2. Click on the first Category you want to select
  3. Release the Ctrl key,
  4. Use the arrow keys to find the next Category, repeat

* To select multiple consecutive Months:

  1. Click on the first Month you want to select,
  2. Hold down the SHIFT key,
  3. Press the Down-Arrow key to the last Month you want to select.
